You Were Hurt. Now They Want to Blame You.
One moment, you were riding to work, school, a friend’s house, the beach, a restaurant, or somewhere close by. The next, you were on the ground, hurt, scared, and trying to understand what happened.
Then come the assumptions.
Maybe the driver says they did not see you. Maybe someone says you were riding too fast. Maybe the rental company, city, property owner, or insurance company tries to point the finger somewhere else.
That is not fair.
